A private party was held on the weekend at the insured’s leased location, with more than 500 in attendance. An altercation occurred between two attendees, resulting in two shootings, one fatal. Three additional injuries occurred during the evacuation process which included broken bones and soft tissue injuries, as well as alleged emotional distress.
