A patient was angry when the doctor notified authorities that he could no longer drive. The initial confrontation was oral with threats to blow up the doctor's home and kill his family. There were also other threats made- "you'll lose your license", "I'm going to sue you". The police were notified. Recommendation made to reach out to police and request they perform a wellness check. The hospital circulated a photo of the subject to their staff and were checking with police to get vehicle information.
