Domestic Violence - Damage to Employee's Vehicle

The Facts

An employee’s vehicle was vandalized on the insured employer’s property by her estranged spouse.

The spouse also worked for the same employer at a different location. There was a history of domestic violence. A further complicating factor was the wife was in a new relationship with an individual who also worked in the same location she was. The insured contacted CrisisRisk for help with evaluating the threat posed by the employee.
