A shooting occurred in the parking lot of the insured premises. According to a resident, they heard commotion inside a unit and then outside the same unit. Multiple first responder vehicles arrived. Perpetrator and victim were allegedly both visitors of a tenant. They had words that lead to gunfire. One victim airlifted to hospital.
