Non-Executive Director
Roy Clark joined the Beazley plc board in 2026. He is Chair of Beazley Furlonge Limited and was, prior to that appointment, Chair of its Audit Committee. He had a long and distinguished career at PwC, where he held senior leadership roles and developed deep expertise in the insurance sector, spanning audit, client leadership, governance, risk management and large scale transformation programmes. Roy has worked across major financial centres including London, Zurich, Singapore and Sydney, and has extensive experience supporting multinational, listed businesses, including public listings and acquisitions. He was appointed to the BFL board in May 2024 and to the Beazley plc board as an independent Non Executive Director.
