Miriam Reid

Joining in 2022, Miriam is currently the Head of Business Management and a member of the Global Cyber Risk Leadership team, responsible for designing and delivering the Cyber Risks strategy, ensuring proper business and operational infrastructure is in place to achieve the division’s goals to drive underwriting performance and excellence. Miriam leads the Cyber Transformation Programme that spearheads innovation and large scale organisational shifts in Cyber Risks.
Miriam is also the acting Chief of Staff for the division -  a strategic executive partner to the Global Head of Cyber Risks, enabling the building, growing and running of a successful business, collaborating and aligning with the stakeholders across the business to help to drive the future of the Cyber Risks division.

Miriam’s responsibilities include leading the Cyber Risks Business Management team that provides Finance, MI, Transformation, Communication, Marketing, Governance, Controls, Project management and Business analysis support to the division. Miriam also heads the division’s strategic business operations, administration and business planning, including short, medium and long term planning cycles.
