What is a complaint?
A complaint is the expression of dissatisfaction with Beazley, or someone acting on our behalf. Requests for information, explanations, documents, or claims for compensation are not considered complaints.
How do I make a complaint?
You can submit your complaint in writing, using one of the following means:

If you express your dissatisfaction orally (by telephone or in person) and an immediate solution cannot be found, we will invite you to formalise your complaint in writing to ensure that it is dealt with appropriately.
Handling times
Acknowledgement of Receipt: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 10 business days of it being sent.
Response: A reasoned, clear response will be provided to you within a maximum of two months from the sending of your complaint.
In the unusual circumstances that these deadlines cannot be met, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay and the estimated time for the response.
