The customer came to order at the restaurant and become irate after being told he had to order on line as the system was down. The customer fired his weapon outside, towards the restaurant. One of the employees pulled a handgun while inside the restaurant and opened fire on customer, who suffered significant abdominal injuries. Police responded and arrested the customer, not the employee. One employee slipped and fell while running from the restaurant and another employee was struck by glass when it shattered from impact with bullet.
